Communication assessments at uptaQ social academy are offered at no charge. There is no fee for booking, rescheduling, or cancelling an assessment.
Before enrollment, participants or their guardians are informed of program fees, structure, and this refund policy. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Once admission is confirmed and payment is completed, all fees are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after the commencement of sessions, including but not limited to non-attendance, schedule conflicts, or discontinuation.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions or discontinuation after enrollment.
Participants are strongly advised to complete the free assessment and clarify all program details before enrolling.
We encourage all prospective participants and guardians to fully understand the program structure, expectations, and schedule before confirming admission. Our team is available to address all queries prior to enrollment.
A one-time batch or program transfer may be permitted, subject to availability and approval by the academy.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admissions@uptaQ.club within 7 days of program commencement.
The academy reserves the right to approve or decline transfer requests based on operational feasibility.
All special or limited-seat programs, including boot camps, follow the same no-refund policy.
Due to limited availability, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted once the program has commenced.
If a participant is suspended or removed due to violation of conduct or academy guidelines, no refund will be provided.
Refunds, if any, will only be considered in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or where required by applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
All decisions regarding refunds or exceptions are made at the discretion of the academy, in accordance with applicable laws.
By completing payment and enrolling in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
