uptaQ social academy provides communication and spoken English personality training through structured in-person sessions at our facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
Our services include communication assessments and direct interaction with participants through our official communication channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
All interactions, including assessment scheduling, enquiries, and admissions, are conducted exclusively through direct communication via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Our programs are open to individuals aged 12 and above. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent at the time of enrollment.
The academy reserves the right to determine program suitability based on the assessment process.
Enrollment is confirmed only after completion of the assessment process and receipt of the applicable program fee.
All fees are non-refundable once admission is confirmed. No refunds will be issued after the commencement of sessions, regardless of attendance or participation.
Fee structures and payment details are communicated prior to enrollment. The academy reserves the right to modify fee structures for future batches.
Regular attendance and active participation are essential for progress.
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and disciplined behaviour during sessions. Misconduct, disruption, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.
The academy’s decision in such matters shall be final.
All content associated with uptaQ social academy — including text, branding, training methodologies, and the "uptaQ Method" — is the intellectual property of the academy.
Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
uptaQ social academy provides training services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as fluency levels, employment, academic results, or performance improvements within a fixed timeframe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.
Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and engagement.
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, using automated tools to interact with the website, or disrupting its normal operation.
Your interaction with our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By engaging with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation in our programs if a participant violates these terms or engages in behaviour that disrupts the learning environment.
No refund will be provided in such cases.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
